Role Designation: Home Based

As a Claims Service Representative, you will assist our clients throughout their First Notice of Loss process, ensuring an exemplary customer experience. Providing assistance by responding to incoming inquiries and delivering uninterrupted service while maintaining both efficiency and precision. You will be tasked with the responsibility of collecting claim details and offering guidance to customers.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage all First Notice of Loss (FNOL) communications for both automobile and property clients.
  • Manage inquiry calls for both automobile and property clients, exercising judgment in the evaluation of claims.
  • Deliver an exemplary customer experience grounded in the standards of claims service and quality.
  • Engaging with consumers through the demonstration of empathy, attentiveness, and genuine concern.
  • Ensure the meticulous and precise documentation of all pertinent details related to the loss.
  • Please elucidate the claims process and outline the subsequent actions as required.
  • Establish protocols for inspections and/or emergency services as necessary.
