THE JOB:

We are currently seeking individuals to cover a variety of positions in the Winnipeg area to support a variety of events this year and are expanding our Box Office team. This position is part-time and seasonal, necessitating a flexible schedule that is contingent upon the volume and requirements of the event.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Providing exceptional front-line consumer service to ticket purchasers
  • Utilize the Ticketmaster Point of Sale system to conduct in-person ticket sales at the Box Office.
  • Regularly collaborating with Archtics and TM Host systems
  • Reconcile and reconcile the receipts of cash and credit cards from sales transactions.
  • Organizing and disseminating “will-call” tickets
  • Maintaining and promoting a positive perspective on the organization and its operations
