This encompasses the provision of financial assistance, housing support, childcare services, employment opportunities, personal care, and referral services.

You are tasked with delivering administrative support to community and social services (CSS) programs and services. This encompasses but is not limited to, responsibilities such as data entry, filing and records management, reception duties, and client liaison. Additionally, you will provide customer service to clients, facilitate the printing and distribution of cheques and/or replacement documents, and contribute to the enhancement of overall service delivery.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • You may initially receive compensation at 95% of your initial wage rate, in accordance with the provisions outlined in the collective agreement.
  • Successful candidates who fulfill the employer’s qualification criteria will be positioned on the permanent and/or temporary eligibility list according to their seniority.
  • The permanent eligibility list shall be employed to replace permanent full-time continuous vacancies from the closing date of the current competition until the commencement date of the subsequent competition.
  • The temporary eligibility list will be utilized to cover full-time temporary vacancies for up to one year from the closing date of this competition
