This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive records and support services that are related to the identification, ingestion, and maintenance of OPB’s imaged and electronic records.
As a member of a collaborative team, you will ensure that incoming records are processed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, in accordance with the current service level agreements. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all incoming corporate records are accurately imaged and indexed within the required timeframes to support electronic workflows by operating imaging equipment.
- Before processing, confirm that the imaged documentation complies with quality standards and is linked to the appropriate service request and client identification.
- Offer services for the retention and disposal of microfilmed and paper-based records.
- As needed, provide supplemental support to the Mailroom.
