Role:
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, experienced, and organized and possesses dynamic interpersonal skills. This individual will be responsible for assisting Promoters and facilitating communication between departments regarding daily tasks, concert booking procedures, venue calendar reservations, and the management of relationships within the live event industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- In a collaborative endeavor, serves as a liaison between clients and colleagues to facilitate work and achieve objectives.
- Responds to internal and external requests for information and screen communications, ensuring that requested actions are taken or completed.
- Develop and maintain connections with individuals in the industry, including agents, band managers, tour managers, representatives of publishers, and venue managers.
- Create show offers, and oversee venue calendars, route dates, and tours.
- Confirming performances and communicating the details to venue contacts and staff
- Utilize internal booking systems, calendars, and ticketing schedules to oversee internal documentation.
- Support the preparation of grant applications and reports, as well as any other special assignments that may be assigned.
- Assists with presentations, reports, materials, samples, and other necessary items for both internal and external meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with external Box Office Personnel and internal cross-functional departments
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide general administrative support; prioritize and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Arrange appointments, conferences, and meetings; revise the calendar.
- Assist in the coordination of a variety of venue calendars
- Organize travel and manage expenses.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Executes routine office tasks, including the following: filing, copying, faxing, and sending mail.

Qualifications:
- Must possess exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and organization abilities
