A day in the life of a Records and Information Coordinator includes:

  • Assist Records and Information Analysts in the accumulation of documents to facilitate the settlement process and expedite client claims.
  • Process received documents from multiple sources (email, fax, external vendor portals) to ensure that team members have all pertinent information for their files as rapidly as feasible.
  • Manage coverage schedules, monitor the shared email inbox, and provide day-to-day administrative support to the records and information team, including the coordination and distribution of tasks.
  • Monitor and evaluate our weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate them to the team.
  • Collaborate and resolve issues with external vendors to guarantee the timely acquisition of records, which includes the monitoring and follow-up of outstanding records and the payment of invoices.
  • Be prepared to endure and maintain your position in order to obtain the information necessary for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to offer supplementary support for files as required.
