Position Overview:
Reporting to the Woodlands Manager, the Woodlands Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to the CKP woodlands team. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and strong organizational skills to manage confidential information and facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update contracts, amendments, and files, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, schedules, and special events.
- Arrange and oversee all departmental travel logistics.
- Administer and ensure compliance with the staff work-alone safety program.
- Conduct research, compile statistical data, and develop reports.
- Prepare, design, and format professional correspondence and reports.
- Manage a time-tracking system to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Assist in the compilation of month-end and year-end reports for internal use and government agencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma (Grade 12) required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior administrative role is an asset.
